This is the nerdiest movie besides the Star Wars kid movies. I can't beleive you were actually pretending to be a supersmash brothers ninja while your greasy fat was swaying to your movements.

You are THE stereotypical nerd that would work at a comics book store, and buying all the hentai with your employee discount.

Horrible and nerdy

The animation made me forget to flush the toilet after I pooped blood. I could hear the parts when you looped the sound effects, and the wacky credits music made me feel like eating my own wax.

Before I get into the actual content of this movie, I would just like to point out that this movie is highly overrated. Your attempts to make a serious movie thats "weepy" have failed. Only nerds will actually think this movie is "powerful" and "artistic", and the fact that the title is in latin doesnt make your movie anymore "deep". Its a terrible shame that 99.9% of NG members are ignorant nerds who vote 5 on movies that don't even deserve it (like this one).

Old people smell bad, they pollute the earth, and annoy us all. If it werent for old-folk homes, then we would probably just kill them or send old people to prison. So whats all this about "being placed in nursing homes" is a crime to society? Truthfully being "thrown" into a Nursing home isnt as horrific and depressing as this movie portrayed it, because in a nursing home the Nurses will give you medication and give you baths themselves. Spending the last years of your life being 100% lazy isnt a tragedy, my ugly, ugly friend.

(P.S.) To those who are reading this, if you cried during this movie, then it better have been because of the lazyness of the drawings and animations, not of the "power" of this movie.

Hmm, apparantly my efforts to create a sad movie have succeeded beyond even my own expectations. I'm sorry to bring to your attention that not everybody thinks like you (thank god). Remember that the Earth only revolves around the Sun... not you. Gallileo proved this more than 400 years ago.
Normally, I don't respond to these types of hateful remarks, but you take the cake. Even with the abundance of 13 year olds on Newgrounds, I still rarely see someone who willingly displays such a degree of ignorace. Anyway, I chose the Latin name because someone already used the title "Forgotten", so relax. But perhaps the most important rebuttal to your argument might be the fact that "nerds" rule this world.
Whatever. You don't have to like my movie. Unlike you, I won't hold it against you if you have an opinion different from my own.

My only problem with this movie is the title... I'd hate for you to make a really nice movie and have a bad title for it. it should be:

Dead, but so alive
or
Dead, yet so alive

I prefer the second one. "Dead but yet so alive" isnt gramatically correct, and im weird like that. Tell me what you think of my flash!

sorry to tell you this, but If you would of used "orient to path" then it would probably only take 30 minutes to make this movie, the animation would look MUCH smoother, and the filesize would be alot smaller!!!!!!!!!

each line is independently animated so i wouldve had to use orient on each line and it may have taken longer also its only 99k without the music
